All personal data collected by DE ROEVE are stored in cloud-based systems with data centres located within the European Union.


Despite DE ROEVE’s security policies, controls, and measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. Consequently, DE ROEVE cannot guarantee absolute security.

Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to a recipient located in a country that is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission shall be governed by a data transfer agreement incorporating:
